Cancellation Policy
At The Perfect Arch, we are committed to providing valuable education and opportunities through our free classes. To ensure fairness and accountability, we have implemented the following attendance policy: 48-Hour Cancellation Notice – If you are unable to attend a free class you have registered for, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice via email or phone. This allows us to offer the spot to another student. No-Show Penalty – If you fail to attend a scheduled free class without prior notice, you will forfeit eligibility for future free class opportunities. Emergency Exceptions – We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable conflict, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
